Transfr is making a measurable impact on workforce development through its innovative use of virtual reality (VR) in training programs. A recent efficacy study focusing on Transfr's VR simulations in health sciences demonstrated student learning gains that ranged from 50-78% higher than control groups who learned using traditional methods. This study highlighted again the effectiveness of immersive learning in boosting student performance and engagement. Additionally, a mini-documentary by WorkingNation showcased the life-changing impact of Transfr’s partnership with Goodwill-Easter Seals Minnesota, where individuals from underserved backgrounds are gaining the skills needed for middle-class employment through VR-based automotive tech training. These outcomes exemplify how Transfr is transforming education and career opportunities for individuals across various industries.

BookNook’s model of high-dosage tutoring continues to garner strong research support. The National Student Support Accelerator at Stanford published research stating: “Eight meta-analyses including over 150 studies consistently find that intensive, relationship-based, individualized instruction – or high-impact tutoring – results in substantial additional learning for students.” This research underpins the company’s launch of a new, comprehensive K-8 math tutoring program for the 2024-2025 school year, expanding on its well-established reading program and addressing a critical need in K-12 education with its proven model. Disprz continues to drive impact and digital transformation for organizations across industries through its AI-focused product innovation. Despite a focus on underserved global markets, the company continues to ship innovations around deep search, AI-driven content authoring and assessment, smart recommendations and automated pathways. The company was recently recognized by global corporate learning thought leader Josh Bersin in his latest HR Tech report as a Technology AI Trailblazer – a list of the top 30 global companies “with the most advanced AI-based technologies that offer true solutions in all areas of human capital management.” Additionally, Disprz’s inclusion in the latest Gartner HR Technology Hype Cycle further solidifies its position as an industry innovator, offering scalable solutions that empower organizations to upskill and reskill their employees effectively.

Learning.com continues to advance its mission of closing the digital divide and enhancing digital literacy through strategic partnerships and innovative solutions. Recently, the company announced an expanded partnership with national nonprofit Common Sense Education to equip schools and districts with the tools needed to promote safe and effective digital learning environments. This partnership aligns with Learning.com’s commitment to bridging the gap in digital access and ensuring that all students, regardless of their background, can engage with technology safely and responsibly. Specifically, this partnership will allow students to access a breadth of curriculum across digital citizenship, online safety, and security through Learning.com’s platform. Ironhack continues to expand its offerings and community engagement by launching new courses in cutting-edge fields like AI and Machine Learning. Recently, the company introduced a 9-week Digital Marketing track designed to equip students with the skills needed to thrive in this fast-growing tech sector. In addition, the company recently celebrated its first anniversary in Puerto Rico by expanding its AI School on the island, with the stated goal of impacting 1,000 individuals. Through a partnership with Puerto Rico’s Department of Economic Development and Commerce, Ironhack is committed to supporting the development of 50,000 new technology professionals by 2030.

As an example, last year, Podium launched a partnership with Intel Corporation within its Global Career Accelerator; since then, 2,400+ Data Analytics and Coding for Data students have earned certificates and badges for completing the global sustainability project with Intel’s team. Through these partnerships Podium Education is solidifying its role as a key player in bridging the gap between academic learning and professional readiness.
